For the woman at the edge of change
Sometimes something inside you knows the old version no longer fits.

There are moments in life when something inside you knows a shift is needed.

Not necessarily a dramatic change but a quiet realization that the version of life you’re living no longer quite fits.

Maybe you’re in the middle of a transition. Maybe something ended. Maybe something new is beginning but hasn’t fully taken shape yet. Or maybe you simply feel the pull to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

This retreat was created for that moment.

A space where women can step away from the noise of daily life and come back to themselves through movement, reflection, nature and meaningful connection.

Over five days on Colombia’s Caribbean coast, you’ll move your body, explore breathtaking landscapes, share stories and rediscover the parts of yourself that may have been waiting patiently for your attention.

More than a beautiful destination
A space for real connection — to yourself, to each other and to what’s unfolding next.
Over five days, you’ll move your body, explore wild landscape, share what you’ve been carrying, and find that the women sitting beside you have been carrying something too.
It’s about creating enough space to hear what your life is asking for next.
Movement Nature Conversation Reflection Joy
And the kind of community that reminds you that you were never meant to navigate life alone.

The experience
Jungle. Caribbean. Movement. Space to hear yourself again.
You’ll stay in a private jungle sanctuary where the Sierra Nevada mountains meet the Caribbean Sea, one of the most biodiverse, spiritually alive landscapes in the world.

Move
Morning movement to wake your body with intention and let your nervous system exhale.
Reflect
Workshops with Desiree that help you map your story — where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going.
Connect
Evenings that move slow: shared meals, real conversation, laughter that sneaks up on you.
And then there’s the land itself: River-to-sea tubing through jungle waterways. A cacao ritual rooted in the region’s ancestral traditions. A coastal hike through Tayrona National Park.
These aren’t activities on an itinerary. They’re the moments your body remembers how to be alive.

Workshops & guided reflection
Movement → awareness → integration.

This retreat is designed so that what you move through in your body is supported, explored and integrated through reflection.

Each day, Nicole’s movement sessions will open the body, releasing tension, creating space and allowing what’s been held to surface.

From there, Desiree’s workshops guide you in making sense of what’s coming up, helping you put language to your experience, process life transitions, and gain clarity on what’s next.

Workshops & practices include
Daily yoga sessions designed to support and deepen the emotional work of the retreat
Story mapping exercises connecting past, present, and future
Guided reflective writing to process change and life transitions

The setting
Senda Watapuy. Where jungle mountains meet the Caribbean Sea.

Santa Marta sits where jungle mountains meet the Caribbean Sea.

The region is home to sacred rivers, ancient landscapes, and one of the most biodiverse ecosystems in the world.

Just outside the city lies the Sierra Nevada mountains — a place long considered spiritually significant by Indigenous communities.

Here, mornings begin with warm tropical air and the sound of birds in the trees.

Afternoons might find you floating down a jungle river or exploring the coastline.

Evenings are slow: shared meals, meaningful conversations, and the kind of laughter that only happens when people feel truly at ease.

Nature here has a way of reminding you what matters.
