Costa Rica · Winter Women's Retreat

This one's for the version of you that keeps getting postponed.

You know the one. She wakes up early because she wants to, not because she has to. She says yes to the thing that scares her a little. She hasn't looked at her phone in six hours — and hasn't noticed.

The honest pitch

Five nights won't fix your life. It doesn't need to.

It just needs to remind you what it feels like to be in your body again — sweating, laughing, a little sore, completely unbothered by your inbox.

This is a yoga and adventure retreat. Both halves matter. You'll move through daily yoga, pilates, and sculpt with Sarah — the kind of practice that meets you wherever you land that morning, tired or wired or somewhere in between. And you'll get outside: ATVing through the jungle, hiking to an 85-foot waterfall, floating in an infinity pool that looks out over all of it.

No one's asking you to have a breakthrough. If one shows up, good. If it doesn't, you still got five days in the jungle with women who get it, food you didn't cook, and a body that remembers how to move.

Who this is for

For the woman who's tired — not dramatically, just quietly, in the way that builds up over months of holding everything together.

She doesn't need to be talked into self-care. She needs someone to hand her a plane ticket and a schedule and say this part's handled.
She wants to move her body somewhere that isn't a gym, with people who aren't going to ask what she does for work five minutes in.
She wants adventure that isn't a spa day, and rest that isn't a nap between errands. Both, in the same week — without having to plan either.
If any of that sounds like you, you're who we built this for.

The shape of a day

Sunrise to stars, nobody's timing you.

Early morning

Movement before the heat

Yoga, pilates, and sculpt with Sarah, outdoors on the open-air deck. Some mornings slow and grounding. Some mornings you'll be sore by lunch.

Midday

Adventure, built in

ATV rides through the Diamante Valley jungle. A hike to the 85-foot waterfall — the kind of hike where you stop talking because the view does it for you.

Afternoon

Time that's actually yours

The infinity pool. A hammock. The journal you brought and forgot you packed. Optional massages if you want them.

Evening

Food that shows up

Fresh, local, farm-to-table meals from the property's permaculture gardens. You won't touch a stove all week. Then a sky full of stars.

Your journey is part of the arrival.

Fly into San José (SJO)

Juan Santamaría International Airport is Costa Rica's main hub and where your journey begins.

2

Hop to Quepos (XQP)

A ~30-minute scenic regional flight (~$260 USD) with multiple daily departures. Coastline and jungle views the whole way. Aim to land by 2:00 PM.

3

We take it from there

We coordinate your transfer to Vajra Jahra and gather that afternoon for a welcome beach experience. Come with your swimsuit accessible.

From noise → into stillness. From holding → into being held.

This isn't a rushed, transactional arrival — it's a transition. Once you book, you'll receive recommended flights, packing suggestions, payment next steps, and direct support coordinating your arrival. You will not be navigating this alone.
